Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist for SAS Platform-based applications, your role will involve providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning of critical business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, participating in the design and testing of new applications, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS Platform-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new applications and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in SAS Platform.
- Experience in SAS Analytics is a good-to-have skill.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
