Job Description
As a Sales Analyst/Senior Sales Analyst at Haber, you will be a crucial part of the CEO's office, focusing on driving day-to-day execution within the sales function. Your role involves working closely with the CEO to ensure pipeline visibility, enforce execution discipline, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. You will serve as an extension of the CEO, collaborating with the sales team and customers to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate CRM data, and deal progression. This position requires a combination of analytical rigor, strong communication skills, and efficient execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to prioritize daily sales activities, track deal progress, and ensure key actions are executed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maintain momentum across the pipeline and address critical action items promptly.
- Serve as a central point of contact between the CEO and the sales team.
- Engage directly with customers on behalf of the CEO for follow-ups, information gathering, and coordination.
- Maintain end-to-end CRM hygiene for all active deals, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and real-time updates.
- Generate and maintain daily sales reports and summaries for the CEO, tracking key metrics and identifying potential inconsistencies or risks in data.
- Uphold execution discipline by ensuring regular reporting, deal reviews, and internal communication to drive stakeholder accountability.
Qualifications:
- 37 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles, with a strong background in working with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with internal teams and customers.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
