ARCEDO SYSTEMS Pvt Ltd is a leading clean energy solutions provider specializing in Solar EPC and emerging energy technologies. As part of our FY27 growth roadmap, we are expanding our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business to strengthen our presence in Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments across India.
The Zone-wise BESS Sales Manager will act as a dedicated revenue owner for the assigned region, responsible for building and scaling the BESS business. This role involves complete ownership of market development, channel expansion, demand generation, and revenue growth for Residential and C&I Outdoor BESS solutions. This position reflects ARCEDOs focused go-to-market strategy by establishing BESS as a standalone, high-growth vertical separate from conventional solar sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and drive zonal BESS sales targets.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and appoint channel partners, distributors, EPC partners, and system integrators.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through direct sales efforts and channel partners.
- Engage with key decision-makers in Residential and C&I segments.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value BESS deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized BESS solutions.
- Support techno-commercial proposals and project feasibility discussions.
- Provide customer education on BESS ROI, performance, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project implementation.
- Support after-sales engagement and customer retention.
**Qualification & Experience**
- **Education:** BE / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Energy / Related Discipline)
- **Experience:** 912 years of relevant experience
- Preferably from the battery, inverter, solar EPC, or energy storage industry.
- Strong understanding of Residential and C&I energy markets.
- Proven track record in achieving regional sales targets.
