Role Overview:
You will be working as a Senior Business Development Manager / Senior Key Account Manager focusing on advancing relationships with targeted Solar and Renewable Energy clients to drive sales of string inverter solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the client's business needs and develop innovative solutions to meet and exceed their requirements. This role requires leveraging existing relationships in the solar industry and collaborating with Utility scale Developers, IPPs, and EPC customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of string inverters from selected groups of targeted clients.
- Understand client's business needs and provide innovative value-added solutions.
- Coordinate project delivery and proposal teams efficiently based on client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Network with clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders to identify market trends and future opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry economic and project development information in targeted regions.
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the solar or equivalent renewable business.
- An engineering degree is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of the solar development industry.
- Technical expertise to assist in proposal writing and pricing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active problem-solving approach.
- Strong business acumen.
