Job Description

The role of TITLE involves providing Energy Upgrade business to the North region located in Delhi. As the ideal candidate for this position, your main job accountabilities include: - Generating leads for Energy Upgrade in the North region - Conducting Energy Auditing - Establishing strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, focusing on cross-selling - Implementing ROI-based value selling of Armstrong products & solutions - Collaborating with End users and Consultants to incorporate Armstrong specifications - Partnering with ESCOs to offer energy solutions - Building the OEM partnership portfolio Additionally, your responsibilities will also involve: - Networking, presenting, and promoting Armstrong products during industry events, trade fairs, and customer reach programs - Engaging in concept selling - Promoting Armstrong's value products & solutions to contractors in the retrofit business - Developing strategies to grow the energy upgrade business in the region As for the role requirements, you should possess: - A degree in electrical/mechanical field, with an MBA considered a value addition. Preferably certified in Energy auditing - 7-10 years of experience working in the HVAC industry, focusing on Sales, Solution development & Energy audit - Good technical knowledge & understanding of HVAC plant room, HVAC plant Automation & equipment such as Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Tower & AHUs - Proficiency in data analysis for calculating potential energy savings - Strong problem-solving skills and conflict management within different organizational structures - Ability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide well-thought-out recommendations - Strong team-oriented leadership skills with a bias for action - Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a focus on achieving results - Effective communication skills in all situations, maintaining an open and authentic approach.
