Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products. Your main focus will be on aggressively driving sales numbers, retaining and expanding the customer base, and maximizing sales through effective network and relationships. Additionally, you will need to optimize team productivity, lead generation activities, and supervise the team for implementing growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve business targets for Retail loan products and cross-selling - Retain and expand the customer base for repeat business and referrals - Develop strong liaisons with clients for repeat business - Process files from login to disbursement stage and coordinate with internal departments - Manage the team of relationship managers for maximum productivity - Align with the team on lead generation activities - Lead and supervise the team for growth agenda implementation - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding - Ensure compliance with Audit/RBI regulations, processes, and policies Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products.
