Location: Thane
Role Summary:
The Sales Manager will handle telecalling activities for the Banca Channel, connecting with bank customers over phone to promote and sell insurance products. The role focuses on lead conversion, customer relationship building, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with bank branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call bank customers and explain insurance products.
- Generate sales through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Convert leads provided by the bank branch.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide product guidance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and update CRM records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Lingual / multilingual candidates preferred. (Telugu, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil)
- Must be currently employed.
