Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Protiviti India, you will play a crucial role in expanding the Application Development practice in Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on driving sales of complex custom software solutions, Salesforce (SFDC), and Liferay platforms to key stakeholders in the C-suite, including CTOs, CEOs, and COOs. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business origination for Application Development services, with a specific focus on Java, .NET, Python, SFDC, and Liferay ecosystems. - Engage with C-suite executives in Mumbai's mid-to-large corporate landscape to advocate for digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with technical architects to develop software solutions that address business challenges, craft high-impact proposals, and respond to RFPs. - Manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation, qualification, and successful deal closures. - Stay updated on software engineering trends to provide strategic advice to clients and position Protiviti as a trusted advisor. Requirements: - 610 years of aggressive B2B sales experience in Application Development or Software Services. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and communicating technical value to both business and technical stakeholders. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and proficiency in technology stacks like Java, .NET, Python, or enterprise platforms.
