Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within the retail and B2C segments. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and enhancing distribution channels to achieve sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue - Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals - Monitor market trends and competitor activities - Maintain and grow relationships with key clients - Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients and attract new business - Manage distribution channels to enhance product availability and brand presence - Work with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and branding efforts - Boost direct-to-consumer sales through digital and traditional channels - Understand customer needs to improve sales approaches and customer satisfaction - Maintain a basic understanding of budgeting and financial analysis - Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations - Oversee and negotiate sales contracts with clients - Manage contract renewals and ensure they meet business needs - Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends - Present sales strategies and results to the leadership team Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field - MBA preferred Additional Details: The company is focused on achieving sales targets and revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
