Job Description
You will be joining the Pre-Sales Engineering team at JumpCloud, supporting customers in the EMEA region during EMEA working hours. Your role will involve acting as a technical advisor, providing consultative support to organizations evaluating the JumpCloud platform. Your responsibilities will include providing tailored product demonstrations, understanding customer pain points, and aligning JumpCloud solutions to address those challenges. You will also support sales teams, assist with trials, and help prospects navigate the sales process efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a technical trusted advisor, offering consultative support to organizations evaluating JumpCloud platform
- Provide tailored product demonstrations
- Identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
- Support sales teams with product-related queries and skill development
- Build relationships with partners through technical enablement and co-selling
- Assist prospects with setup and configuration of time-based trials
- Provide technical Q&A and assess prospect readiness for formal sales cycle
- Identify common technical issues and recommend solutions for product development
- Offer evaluation framework for prospects during POC
**Qualifications Required:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfortable engaging with technical evaluators and IT leaders
- Proficient in public speaking
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales role
- Strong technical acumen
- Strong presentation skills for product demonstrations
- Must be able to work EMEA customer hours
