Job Description
You will be responsible for client acquisition, retention, and enhancement. Your role will involve end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closure, as well as post-closure relationship management. You will reach out to prospective clients through various lead sources, build a pipeline, and resolve customer queries within your authority. Additionally, you will need to present daily call/visit reports to your manager and organize workshops, conferences, and webinars for doctors and partners. Maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and coordinating closely with marketing, customer relationship management, and support teams will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to conduct a market review of new products/plans/services offered by the company, monitor competitors' activities, products, and services, and suggest improvements in the sales pitch based on feedback and post-outreach analysis.
Desirables:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
- Willingness to travel anywhere in India for events
- Ability to work independently and across functional lines, prioritize tasks, and make decisions effectively
- Capability to conceptualize and deliver appropriate solutions
- Customer-focused with the ability to engage customers and partners to increase business
- Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of private healthcare segments is a valuable asset
- Good understanding of customer profiles, markets, products, and strong networking skills
Qualification:
- B.Sc in Biotech/Biomedical, MPharm/MBA
