Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified leads into successful enrollments. You will engage with parents and adult learners who have already attended a demo class, guide them through personalized counseling sessions, and ensure a seamless enrollment journey.
This role is ideal for driven individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and making a real impact in education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement
Connect with 6570 high-intent leads daily through calls and video consultations.
2. End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to successful enrollment and onboarding.
3. Consultative Selling
Conduct structured video counseling sessions, pitch trial programs effectively, address objections confidently, and guide decision-makers toward informed enrollment decisions.
4. Revenue Generation
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets while maintaining strong conversion ratios.
5. Client Onboarding
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for newly enrolled customers.
6. Continuous Learning
Participate in regular training sessions and apply feedback to continuously improve sales performance.
