Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be a Spec Analytics Analyst 2 in the TTS Analytics team, reporting to the AVP leading the team. Your main responsibilities will include working on various analyses throughout the year to address business problems across the client life cycle such as acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention within the TTS business. You will utilize different analytical approaches, tools, and techniques, working with various data sources like client profile & engagement data, transactions & revenue data, digital data, and unstructured data like call transcripts to provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate analytical methodology, identify trends and patterns with data, and work hands-on to retrieve and manipulate data from big data environments
- Utilize Python/R, SQL, Hive, MS Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis
- Apply different analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison
- Develop predictive models using Machine Learning
- Conduct unstructured data analysis, including call transcripts, using Natural Language Processing (NLP)/ Text Mining
- Possess soft skills such as robust analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to a matrix work environment
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics, or Masters Degree with 2+ years of experience in data analytics, or PhD.
- Must have marketing analytics experience, proficiency in analytical methods, predictive modeling using Machine Learning, and experience with unstructured data analysis
- Good to have experience in financial services, digital marketing, and/or digital experience domain knowledge
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Hive, MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with PySpark and Tableau is a plus
