Risk Analytics Lead - AVP

As a Risk Analyst at ORRO Automation and Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and solutions for the ORRO function within the Risk department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building data analytics to enhance operational risk monitoring - Automating processes to improve efficiency and control - Supporting ORRO leadership in strategic initiatives and programs To succeed in this role, you should leverage innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from the bank's data assets. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Experience in risk management/control assurance - Proficiency in identifying and utilizing emerging data analytics technologies for practical business solutions - Ability to perform complex quantitative analysis and translate results into actionable insights - Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for extracting insights from unstructured text data - Knowledge of automation tools such as Python-based Web Apps, Power Apps, and Power Automate - Extensive familiarity with Gitlab and cloud concepts for code deployment - Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms like Tableau and Power BI - Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages - Experience in working on at least two end-to-end Data Analytics projects Preferred Skills include: - Developing data extraction strategies from various sources - Understanding of Generative AI tools and concepts - Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks like Azure OpenAI - Designing statistical and machine learning models - Implementing predictive models for forecasting - Collaborating with stakeholders to add value through Data Science - Training end users on data analytics technologies As a Risk Analyst, your role will be based in Noida and aims to enable data-driven decision-making through actionable insights, statistical analysis, and advanced analytics.
