Relationship Manager Working Capital (CC / OD / Term Loan)

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager for the Working Capital segment in Mumbai, you will be responsible for driving business acquisition and managing SME / MSME clients. Your role will involve sourcing and structuring working capital facilities including Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and Term Loans. It is essential to achieve business targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Source new SME / MSME clients for Working Capital products such as CC, OD, and Term Loans - Assess client funding requirements and structure suitable credit proposals - Conduct preliminary financial analysis including balance sheet and cash flow review - Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams for smooth sanction and disbursement - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, CAs, and channel partners - Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely collections - Achieve monthly and annual disbursement and revenue targets - Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and compliance guidelines Qualification Required: - Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business (MBA preferred) - 25 years of experience in Working Capital / SME Lending - Good understanding of CC, OD, and Term Loan products - Strong local market knowledge of Jaipur Additional Details: The company offers a growing Working Capital vertical with strong earning potential through performance incentives.
