As an EtQ Developer at EY, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various modules of the EtQ Reliance platform by implementing system configurations and customizations. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of quality management systems in a regulated environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define software functionalities and limitations. - Designing and developing software applications on the EtQ Reliance platform based on business requirements in an Agile team. - Configuring or customizing the EtQ Reliance system to meet business needs. - Conducting unit testing to ensure software quality and performance. - Peer reviewing code/configurations. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system configurations and workflows. - Performing promotions of solutions to higher environments following the business-defined SDLC process. - Creating and executing test scripts to qualify code promotions (IQ/OQ). - Providing technical support and training to end-users on the EtQ Reliance system as needed. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues and bugs in the production environment, supporting root cause analysis, and impact assessments. - Collaborating with technical leads and scrum masters to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while following the Agile process. - Staying up-to-date with the latest EtQ Reliance features, functionalities, and industry trends. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Strong background in coding with Python and Java. - Strong background in Advanced SQL and DBMS. - Strong knowledge of the EtQ Reliance platform and its modules. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Previous experience as an EtQ Developer should include exposure to basic and advanced configurations in ETQ, system integrations, creating custom views, maintaining scheduled jobs for automation, data migration best practices, access control, and working independently following Agile methodology. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Good to have certifications include ETQ Reliance Promotion Certification and Intermediate or Advanced ETQ Designer certification.
