Job Description
As a Regional Head in the Wealth Management division, your primary role is to contribute to the business growth by efficient business planning, sales monitoring, revenue generation, team creation, subsequent management, and client relationship management in the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve defined sales targets of assigned portfolios and analyze performance periodically
- Focus on fee generating service offerings to meet the projected fee income
- Prepare periodic MIS of region-wise, client-wise & product-wise sales
- Report sales vs. budget variations & review trends
- Ensure ongoing self-development and attend trainings & certifications in wealth management services
- Enable retention through planned recruitment, career progression & performance linked incentives
- Analyze customer profiles & financial analysis provided by various RMs and provide feedback
- Recommend products that are relevant to clients
- Keep abreast with internally generated research and share with HNIs; pass feedback of customer requirements to the research team
- Ensure RMs display highest levels of client servicing standards
- Monitor TATs & customer servicing metrics of client servicing teams & highlight necessary actions if any

- In-depth knowledge of all wealth management products & services
- Strong communication skills
- Proactiveness
- High customer & target orientation
The Wealth Management division provides strong research-backed financial services advisory to HNI clients, managing their ongoing financial advisory and Portfolio Management needs. The product portfolio includes Mutual funds, Life insurance, Bonds, Structured products, Real estate advisory, Company fixed deposits & Equity Commodity Broking services. The main challenges faced in this role include staying updated with the latest market scenario, managing growth amidst competition, and meeting high customer expectations.
