Job Description
As a Referral Partner (Commission-Only) at MacroHire, your role is to share warm leads from your network, specifically from your organization's HR team or companies with consistent Sales or Tech hiring needs. Your main responsibility will be to provide 12 warm leads per month, focusing on quality introductions to decision-makers in terms of company name, contact person (e.g., HR head, talent lead), and hiring context (e.g., Sales reps, Tech developers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Share 12 warm leads per month from your network
- Prioritize leads from your own company's HR or talent team and organizations with regular Sales or Tech hiring needs
- Provide brief details such as company name, contact person, and hiring context
- Track referrals via email or a shared sheet
Qualification Required:
- Professionals with access to HR or business decision-makers
- Especially suitable for individuals whose organization hires Sales or Tech roles regularly
- Open to candidates based in Delhi NCR or pan-India
- No prior recruitment or sales experience necessary
In return for your efforts, you will receive a flat 10% commission on all revenue generated from your referred client for up to 2 years per client. Additionally, performance bonuses ranging from 10,000 to 1 lakh are available based on the rate of conversions and lead consistency, paid quarterly after collections. There are no targets or upfront risks involved.
