Job Description
As the Regional Delivery Operations Manager, your role will involve overseeing the total implementation of processes and systems in the delivery vertical. Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating strong managerial and administrative qualities to effectively lead the delivery operations in your region.
- Playing a key role in the selection and training of Trainers and Centre Operation Managers.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of resources and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations.
- Conducting regular visits to the centers within your region to assess operations and address any issues.
- Placing students in appropriate batches post-admission and managing their documentation.
- Upholding the highest quality standards in training delivery and organizing student development activities.
- Facilitating Parents Teacher Meetings at centers to maintain a strong parent-school relationship.
- Engaging with students in batches to ensure their satisfaction and overall positive experience.
- Collaborating with the Certification Team to ensure timely certification of students.
- Monitoring and controlling slippage, dropouts, and leakage at all levels to enhance student retention.
- Managing faculty and optimizing their rostering across the region.
- Ensuring excellent student attendance (90%) throughout the region.
