Recruiter/Team Lead/Female/Remote

As an IT Recruiter or Team Lead, you have the opportunity to work remotely with a focus on IT and Consulting firms. Your key responsibilities include: - Having good hiring experience with Infosys client and other MNC Clients. - Being technically strong in Niche Skills and proficient in Boolean Search. - Demonstrating experience in IT recruitment for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions. - Possessing 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment. - Having expertise in niche skills such as SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and more. - Sourcing suitable and quality candidates from target companies using provided resources. - Utilizing job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, as well as networks and references for candidate sourcing. - Coordinating with candidates for weekday and weekend drives. - Working office hours from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. - Providing your own laptop and internet connection with good connectivity. - Conducting 2 video call rounds for interviews using a laptop.
