As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves understanding how to recruit passive candidates and attract highly qualified individuals, guiding them through our talent acquisition process to secure hires of the highest caliber. You will be responsible for preparing candidates for interviews with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information about the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and setting expectations effectively.
Your key responsibilities include building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, conducting in-depth interviews, and collaborating with business units to meet talent acquisition needs. Additionally, you will recommend innovative ideas and strategies for Asia recruitment to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
You will actively participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, assess interviewing techniques, leverage internal talent sources, and identify top performers for senior-level openings. Managing full lifecycle recruiting processes, you will utilize online recruiting resources such as job boards, niche sites, and social networking platforms to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will determine the human capital requirements for departments and positions, ensuring efficient and effective hiring practices. Adherence to company security policies and procedures is imperative in this role, along with the ability to manage competing demands within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Required:

- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for a diverse range of positions
- Proficiency in national, international, and multi-location recruitment
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong initiative, judgment, and quick learning abilities

- Self-sufficiency with the capability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and email communication
