Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients, understand their property and investment requirements, and provide suitable residential or commercial real estate solutions. The role demands strong sales acumen, customer handling skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and understand their property requirements and investment goals.

Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.

Conduct project presentations and property demonstrations to prospective buyers.

Provide detailed information on pricing, payment plans, project specifications, and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and developer partners to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction.

Assist clients with negotiations, documentation, booking formalities, and post-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM systems.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and regulatory developments.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

04 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.

Experience working with reputed developers is an added advantage.
Compensation
-
Fixed Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month
-
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives with strong earning potential
