Quality Assurance Architect

As an experienced QA Architect/Quality Engineering Leader for Ginesys One, a leading B2B SaaS product suite, your role will involve owning and driving the end-to-end quality strategy. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams to build scalable testing frameworks, enhance automation practices, and instill a quality-first engineering culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Define the testing & quality engineering strategy for Ginesys One product suite, covering ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, and Reporting. - Lead the entire testing lifecycle, including Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security testing. - Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks, making tooling decisions, setting standards, defining metrics, and integrating with CI/CD. - Promote shift-left quality practices across the SDLC, from sprint planning to production release. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to incorporate automated quality gates into delivery pipelines. - Establish and monitor quality KPIs such as Defect Leakage, Automation coverage, Release quality metrics, and Test pass rates. - Drive continuous improvement through metrics, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and data-driven quality insights. - Mentor and expand QA teams by sharing best practices, promoting automation adoption, and introducing modern testing methodologies. - Ensure compliance readiness for enterprise releases, audits, and production deployments. - Foster a robust engineering quality culture through guilds, retrospectives, and cross-functional workshops. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking strong candidates with backgrounds in QA Architect, Test Architect, QA Manager, or Quality Engineering Lead roles. Mandatory Requirements: - Over 12 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering. - Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end testing strategy for product-based platforms. - Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Security testing. - Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product companies, with a preference for microservices-based architectures. - At least 3 years of experience leading QA teams of 5-6 members or more. - Solid experience in designing test automation frameworks, with a preference for Robot Framework. - Hands-on experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. - Domain expertise in ERP, POS, OMS platforms, with a strong preference for ERP. - Candidates must be currently based in Gurgaon/Gurugram or nearby locations. Preferred: - Experience in building products from scratch and exposure to the complete SDLC lifecycle. - Certifications such as ISTQB, CQM, or equivalent QA certifications.
