QA Engineer - Automation & Core Banking Domain Expertise, AVP

Role Overview: You are being hired as a QA Engineer with expertise in Automation and Core Banking domain, specifically focusing on Payment Processing in various formats. Your role will involve working closely with different teams globally to ensure high-quality, performant, and robust technology solutions are implemented. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the software development lifecycle for specific software components, ensuring adherence to functional and technical design, data mapping, and product backlog. - Follow Agile (Scrum) development practices to maintain code quality, organization, and test coverage. - Understand Core-Banking Modules and Business flow, with hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing. - Utilize strong Testing Skills across all levels and types, including Test Automation creation and execution. - Document and maintain all Test Evidences using new techniques as per project schedule, focusing on System, SIT, UAT, and Business Testing. - Collaborate with technical architects, business analysts, developers, and product teams to drive system enhancements. - Track and report test and automation progress to Project Managers, Scrum master, system Architect, and developers. - Design and implement test architecture for test automation, continuously improving functional performance. - Implement QA practices, including test case preparation and execution, utilizing various tools such as Cucumber, JIRA, Selenium WebDriver, etc. Qualifications Required: - Senior level experience in Core Banking domain, particularly in Payment Processing with strong testing skills and Automation Framework development experience. - Previous exposure to Core Banking applications and Software Development life cycle. - Hands-on experience in Automation Framework development for complex banking applications using the latest technologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. - Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams worldwide.
