QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks. - Collaborating with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and test scenarios. - Participating in sprint activities such as story reviews, test planning, and defect triage. - Performing functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing for web applications. - Contributing to building and enhancing automation frameworks and test suites. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using standard tools like Jira and Azure DevOps. - Working with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests (nice to have). - Ensuring testing best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines are followed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - 2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation, specifically with Selenium and/or Playwright.
