Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services necessary for manufacturing operations. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and aligning purchases with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, other required items for Trading & Production.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Coordinate with production, and warehouse departments to ensure materials meet required specifications and standards.
• Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and delivery details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement processes.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Support in developing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Pricing to Sales Team for Trading items

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in procurement/purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing/ trading environment.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
• ERP systems exp must
• Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in procurement from MNC (Principal Company) in local & Foreign currency
• Knowledge of local & Export/Import Terms & procedures
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers
