Job Description
As a Project Manager at NatWest Digital X, you will play a critical role in ensuring the end-to-end delivery of projects within time, cost, and quality parameters. This is a vice president level role where you will have the opportunity to leverage your existing project management skills and advance your career. Your responsibilities will include identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. You will lead the analysis of problem and opportunity statements, prepare estimates for approval, and create a financial business case.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and take ownership of all project plans, controls, and resource plans
- Lead the definition of a project initiation document or equivalent Agile artifact, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Analyze problem and opportunity statements, prepare estimates for approval, and support the creation of a financial business case
- Track and report on project costs to ensure completion within allocated budgets
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet requirements and adhere to the agreed governance framework
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of twelve years of experience in project planning and monitoring
- Appropriate project management qualification and proven change management experience
- Experience in delivering strategic projects supporting business strategy and growth agenda
- Experience in managing multiple teams across different geographies
- Experience in risk and issue management, as well as stakeholder management
- Experience in delivering program management in a technology or IT function using Agile methodology and associated toolsets, and methodologies including Waterfall methods when required
