Project Manager - Residential Project

As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality safety standards. Your role will involve planning, coordinating teams, engineers, architects, contractors, managing resources, materials, labor, and equipment. Effective handling of contracts and communication with clients and stakeholders will be crucial, requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules to ensure all milestones are met. - Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and minimize overspending. - Resource Management: Allocate and manage labor, materials, and equipment, including procurement. - Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, and guide construction teams, including subcontractors and site managers. - Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, providing regular progress reports. - Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and strict health and safety standards. - Contract Risk Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relations, and mitigate project risks. - Site Supervision: Monitor on-site progress, quality, and productivity. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager. - Technical Skills: Understanding of construction procedures, materials, project management principles, and relevant software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools). - Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, time-management, and organizational skills. - Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. In addition to the job role, the company offers a salary range of Rs 60,000 to Rs 90,000 per month for this full-time position.
