Job Description

You are a Project Manager Merchandising Operations responsible for driving the execution of merchandising initiatives for the marketplace business at Bayport, a global e-Commerce organization. Your role involves coordinating between business stakeholders, merchandising teams, and external partners to ensure timely creation, quality, and delivery of product page assets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the end-to-end workflow for merchandising asset creation for marketplace products. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets. - Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams. - Ensure all tasks are executed as per defined priorities and schedules. - Act as the central point of contact between marketplace stakeholders, agency, catalogue, and the merchandising team. - Gather requirements related to product page assets including images, content, and merchandising elements. - Translate business requirements into clear briefs for agency project manager, creative and content teams. - Ensure alignment between marketplace business needs and merchandising standards. - Manage creation and delivery of product images, visual assets, feature and contextual images, and more. - Help establish standard templates and asset guidelines to ensure consistency across marketplace listings. - Maintain project trackers and progress dashboards. - Ensure all assets meet defined merchandising and brand standards. - Work closely with QA teams to ensure accuracy and completeness before publishing. - Maintain consistency in product presentation across listings. **Qualifications Required:** - 47 years of experience in e-commerce project management, e-commerce operations, or merchandising operations. - Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. - Experience managing creative/content production workflows. - Strong organizational and planning capabilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good analytical and reporting skills.
