Project Manager - ERP Implementation

As an ERP Implementation Manager at STEER, you will play a crucial role in leading the deployment, customization, and optimization of the enterprise resource planning system. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. - Develop and execute a project roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with various teams to tailor Epicor to meet business needs. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. You will also be responsible for: - Configuring ERP modules to optimize business operations. - Customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows for an enhanced user experience. - Integrating ERP with third-party applications for a seamless ecosystem. Additionally, you will oversee data migration and system testing, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal ERP usage. You will analyze business processes for automation and efficiency improvements and stay updated on Epicor upgrades. Qualifications & Experience: - Any Graduate with 6 to 8 years of ERP implementation experience. - Strong understanding of ERP modules and expertise in data migration, integration, and customization. - Knowledge of SQL, SSRS reporting, and BPMs. - Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or engineering industries. Knowledge & Technical Skills: - Familiarity with SQL, SSRS reporting. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration techniques. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Proficiency in designing dashboards, reports, and custom workflows. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Attention to detail and multitasking capability. - Strategic and tactical approach to meet business needs. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
