Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager

As a Manager / Deputy Manager - Project at John Cockerill, your role involves managing the activities of the Project Management Office (PMO) from Presales to Execution End on Contract & Claim Management to protect John Cockerill's interests. Key Responsibilities: - Write down Contractual correspondence in both French and English - Support Proposal on contract analysis and negotiation - Support Execution on contract administration (customer + suppliers) & Claim management - Support the business for any legal issue in coordination with Commercial & Legal department of the Group - Train teams in administration of contracts, promote best practices, assist in claim preparation - Promote tools for contract administration: Scope of work, RASCI matrix, deviation list, MCPR, schedule, MOM, Master document list, Schedule, notification, etc. - Meet customers, partners, and suppliers with project teams to secure conditions, margin, and cash collection - Develop and maintain a network of outsourced resources who can support, advise, or join John Cockerill business - Support local representatives, coach project teams, be involved in negotiations with clients and partners, cash collection - Work in close connection and share information with all members of PMO/SERM to achieve the objectives of the department - Ready to travel worldwide upon request Qualification and Experience: - Candidate should be from any Engineering background - 10 to 15 years of experience - Experience working in a multinational company will be an added advantage About John Cockerill: John Cockerill India Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 engineering company, is the Indian entity of John Cockerill Group.
