Job Description
As a Project Manager at our company, your role will involve working closely with the Core team to drive tasks across the program of work, which includes Budget Forecasting, monthly invoicing, expense reconciliation, and reporting. You will be responsible for providing Project Management support by preparing and maintaining documentation and leadership dashboards. Collaboration with all levels of leadership to drive strategic direction and accountability for projects, programs, and initiatives will be a key aspect of your role. Your strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills will enable you to handle client interactions independently. A Bachelor's degree in any stream is required, with an MBA being preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Project task management
- Defining project deliverables, controls, and ensuring adherence to these
- Supervising and assisting the team on project execution and delivery
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to client expectations
- Communications, including deck writing
- Coordinating all sub-team efforts; Creating project plans, defining milestones, timelines, and reviewing plans with the team
- Delivering output
- Facilitating and gathering client feedback on problem structuring
- Understanding and defining business problems, gathering background information and relevant data points
- Creating solution hypothesis and getting client buy-in, discussing and aligning on end objectives, staffing needs, timelines, and budget
- Effectively managing the frequency of the feedback loop with the team and client
- Building capabilities in junior team members
