Job Description
As the Program Management Senior Program Manager at Citi's Procurement & Third-Party Management Program Execution (P&TPMPE) team, you will be responsible for providing full leadership and supervisory support to your team. Your role involves applying your disciplinary knowledge to offer value-added perspectives, contribute to the development of new techniques, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Your strong communication and diplomacy skills will be crucial in ensuring the volume, quality, and timeliness of end results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and overseeing the application of operational risk policies, technology, and governance processes
- Assessing risks independently and driving actions to address root causes
- Participating in senior leadership meetings to analyze processes and ensure proper risk management
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and managing larger teams
- Providing process guidance and support to Third Party Officers, Business Activity Owners, and other stakeholders
- Executing various third-party risk assessment controls and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Analyzing data to forecast trends and mitigate risks associated with third parties
- Implementing process changes in line with emerging risks and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in financial services/Banking industry
- Preferred 9 years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
- Minimum 6 years of Operational Leadership Experience
- Knowledge of third-party management risk and control methodologies
- Team management skills preferred
Education:
- Bachelors degree required
- Masters Degree preferred
- Professional Qualifications including CA/ICWA/ACS etc.
- Project Management and experience in process standardization & Automation
- Preferred external certification CISA/CIA/CSCP/CPSM
