Program Director B.Tech (AI ML)

As the Program Head / Director of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) at Accurate Group of Institutions, you will be leading the academic, research, and industry collaboration efforts to drive the growth and innovation of the AI & ML department. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and upgrading the AI & ML curriculum in alignment with NEP guidelines, AICTE/UGC norms, global AI advancements, and industry requirements. This involves introducing emerging subjects such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI Ethics & Governance, and more. You will also ensure the implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and lead accreditation readiness. - Conceptualizing, designing, and establishing a state-of-the-art AI & ML Lab with the necessary hardware and software infrastructure. You will develop strategic partnerships with technology companies, cloud service providers, AI startups, and research organizations to enhance the lab's capabilities and utilization for student projects, research, and innovation challenges. - Recruiting qualified faculty specializing in AI, ML, Data Science, and emerging technologies. You will conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and mentor faculty for academic excellence and industry certifications to foster a culture of research and innovation within the department. - Establishing collaborations with leading AI organizations and corporates, facilitating internships, live projects, and industry mentorship for students. You will also focus on building a strong research ecosystem in AI, ML, Data Science, Automation, and Robotics, guiding students in research publications, patent filing, and securing funded research projects. - Ensuring high-quality academic delivery, developing industry-recognized certification pathways, and mentoring students for placements in AI/ML roles. You will also contribute to strategic planning, branding the institution as a leader in AI education, and representing it at academic and industry forums. - Managing administrative responsibilities including budget preparation, AICTE/UGC compliance, departmental planning, faculty performance oversight, and student outcome monitoring.
