Product Solutions Engineer

As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, your role will involve managing the technical relationship with the largest advertising clients and product partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to utilize emerging technologies for external clients and partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships, from concept design and testing to data analysis and support. Key Responsibilities: - Verify the functionality of developer product features and provide feedback to product or engineering teams for improving the developer experience. - Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to document product specifications and validate them to meet customer/partner and internal needs. - Assist in scaling existing solutions or creating repeatable solutions such as best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code while ensuring documentation of these solutions. - Collaborate in writing solution code with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients, or stakeholders. - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver and manage quality technical solutions and services. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers. - Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. - 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL. - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Experience with using Google Ads or other online advertising solutions and the media or technology landscape. - Experience in business analysis to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and make recommendations.
