Product Release Manager

As a Release Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and managing all releases across product and customer projects. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining the release calendar, identifying dependencies, and proactively managing risks. You will collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product management teams to ensure release readiness. Additionally, you will create release documentation for internal stakeholders and customers, run release review processes, publish releases and updates, and drive communication of release details to both internal teams and customers in a clear and concise manner. In case of any issues, you will be responsible for managing post-release validation and rollback procedures. Your continuous focus will be on improving release management through automation, tooling, and process refinement. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or related roles. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and build/deployment practices. - Experience in creating release documentation and customer-facing content such as videos, notes, and FAQs. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical changes into business impact. - Familiarity with SaaS, iPaaS, or enterprise software environments is a strong plus.
