Job Description
You are being hired for a role as a Product Owner (Business Analyst) for HRMS at a Banking ITES company based in Navi Mumbai. As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining product vision and roadmap
- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Managing the product backlog
- Overseeing multi-module delivery
- Creating user stories and translating requirements
- Facilitating workshops
- Aligning stakeholders and realizing value
- Governing enterprise products
Your domain expertise should cover areas such as Core HR, Employee Lifecycle Management, Time & Attendance, complex Payroll & Benefits handling, Governance & Compliance, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics & Reporting, Labor law & tax compliance, and Data privacy standards.
You are expected to have technical knowledge of HRMS / ERP platforms like Zoho, ZingHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, analytics & reporting systems, payroll compliance architecture, and data governance frameworks.
Experience with Agile / Scrum framework, backlog management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps, and leadership competencies including strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior POs / BAs, strong communication & influencing skills, and decision-making under regulatory constraints are also required.
In terms of experience, you should have at least 10+ years in Product Management, 5+ years in Enterprise HRMS / ERP, experience in delivering large-scale multi-module HR systems, and hands-on experience in payroll & compliance-heavy environments.
