Product Manager, Product Innovation

As a Senior Product Manager at Tekion, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for key initiatives related to the integration platform. Your role will involve defining and developing core platform modules, enhancing data transparency and quality through AI insights, and preparing the platform for AI-driven integrations. Here are some of the key responsibilities you will have: - Define and drive the roadmap for key initiatives, including the development of core platform modules and design of core developer platform capabilities. - Drive AI-powered integration innovations, such as intelligent data mapping and predictive analytics for integration health. - Develop extensible UI frameworks, including configurable form libraries and dynamic custom field frameworks. - Lead the transition of legacy integrations to the new Integration Platform, reducing operational costs and consolidating control within the Integrations Team. - Create comprehensive documentation and high-value partner content to streamline onboarding and ongoing support for all integrations. - Extract, analyze, and present actionable insights from the integration platform to guide product and technical improvements. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Partner, and Operations teams to identify integration pain points and define solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on Product Management experience, with at least 1 year on developer platform, API, or developer-oriented products. - Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations, including RESTful principles, authentication/authorization, protocols, and security best practices. - Knowledge of system architecture concepts, including microservices, service-oriented architecture, and cloud infrastructure. - Familiarity with AI and ML for integrations, technical fluency, and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
