Product Lead

As a Product Lead at Startologic, you will be at the forefront of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technical solutions for key channel partners and customers in India and abroad. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand solution requirements from RFP/Tender documents and sales leads - Design suitable solutions based on technical knowledge gained from OEM training or support from partnered OEMs - Develop and maintain a Compliance Matrix to ensure alignment with project specifications - Collaborate with new OEM partners to gather essential technical information - Craft comprehensive technical write-ups for proposed solutions using AI tools - Participate in product testing alongside the support team Qualifications: - Relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply - Bachelors degree in Electronic & Telecom, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory Startologic offers selected candidates a salary starting at INR 16,000 during probation, with potential to rise to INR 35,000 per month based on interview performance and experience.
