Job Description
As a Product Lead in the Salesforce ecosystem, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle of a Salesforce-based product tailored for the Insurance industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts, and UI/UX designers.
- Defining product architecture, technical roadmap, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
- Translating market needs and client requirements into technical product features and user stories.
- Owning technical documentation, security standards, compliance, and release management.
- Continuously evaluating product performance, iterating based on feedback and KPIs.
- Ensuring scalability, reusability, and best-in-class design patterns.
- Acting as a thought leader in Salesforce development, particularly in the Insurance domain.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Architectural Designing, and Managed Packages.
- Proven experience in building or leading Salesforce-native products.
- Strong knowledge of Insurance domain processes (Life, Health, or P&C insurance).
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce product architecture and technical leadership.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, integration patterns (REST/SOAP), and AppExchange standards.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum-based product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
