Product Interaction Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing end-to-end interaction flows for mobile and web applications. Your role will involve creating micro-interactions, animations, and motion design elements to enhance user experience. You will translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging interaction patterns and collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features. Building interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicating ideas effectively will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure consistency through design systems and interaction guidelines, while continuously improving experiences based on user feedback, data, and usability principles. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end interaction flows for mobile and web applications - Create micro-interactions, animations, and motion design elements - Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging interaction patterns - Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers - Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts - Ensure consistency through design systems and interaction guidelines - Continuously improve experiences based on user feedback, data, and usability principles Qualification Required: - Must have 3+ years of experience in Interaction Design / Product UX, specifically for B2C Mobile apps or digital products - Strong experience designing micro-interactions, animations, and user flows - Hands-on experience with designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces - Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, After Effects, Framer, or similar for interaction prototyping - Strong portfolio showcasing micro-interactions, motion/animation work, user flows, and real product implementations - Design Education / HCI / Technology or related field Please note that the additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description.
