Job Description
In a mobile-first world, there is always an inevitable risk posed by cyber security concerns, which is addressed by our client through API-based solutions. They focus on securing mobile-first enterprises against new age cyber fraud. Their aim is to reduce risk and accelerate the growth of all mobile transactions. Our client is located in the USA, Singapore, and India and they are ISO 27001:2013 certified. Their investors include prominent VCs like XYZ Venture Capital, BLUME, Village Global, Emphasis Ventures, Sweat Equity Ventures.
As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships in the Indian D2C ecommerce ecosystem for lead-generation.
What you will do:
- Devising campaigns and strategies to increase end-consumer sign-up
- Being guardian for the Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the entire merchant funnel - Landing page, Signup, Onboarding, Referral, and Engagement
- Handling all merchant lifecycle communication to optimize merchant funnels via emails, SMS, push notifications, and more
- Working closely with Product team to create viral loops across the merchant and consumer lifecycle to drive sustainable product-led growth
- Working on content for various use cases and mediums - blogs, video scripts, ads copies, landing pages, social media copies, etc.
- Enabling sales and business teams with lead generation - sales kits, testimonials, case-studies to better the conversion funnel
- Improving merchant sign-ups to keep the top-line ticking - community building, webinars, event organization, etc. to increase brand awareness
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- At least 3+ years experience working in D2C/ SaaS/ Payments space with focus on building strategies around growth, conversions, engagement, and retention either in a product marketing/ growth marketing role
- Ability to build a trackable and transparent leads pipeline for sales teams to hunt
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with analytics and event tracking tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Experience with marketing automation tools or CRMs
