Product Engineer

As a part of Siemens EDA, you will be joining the award-winning Tessent team in India, focusing on advanced design-for-test (DFT) insertion and automatic test pattern generation (ATPG) for semiconductor designs. You will work with cutting-edge EDA technologies such as Tessent TestKompress and Streaming Scan Network (SSN) to support worldwide application engineering teams and develop test cases for advanced DFT methodologies. Responsibilities for this role include: - Building and delivering technical presentations, training material, white papers, and application notes. - Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders for complex technical problem-solving. - Explaining intricate principles in simple terms to diverse audiences. - Traveling domestically and internationally as needed. To excel in this role, you should have: - A BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Knowledge of design logic languages, design flow steps, and experience with DFT or SoC design for complex ASICs / SOCs. - Familiarity with ATPG, IEEE 1687 IJTAG, boundary scan (BSCAN), hierarchical DFT implementation, and scripting languages like TCL. - Self-motivation, dedication to improvement, and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and communication skills in written and verbal English. - Proficiency in LINUX and Windows environments.
