You will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers by leveraging your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation within cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets - Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets - Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices to effectively deliver on objectives - Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives - Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation - Oversee the end-to-end API product roadmap for Enablement Services Capture & Serve APG including vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets - Lead the discovery and development of API-driven products and methodologies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team - Lead and coordinate complex API product initiatives across multiple areas, driving strategy alignment, prioritization decisions, and optimal sequencing - Build robust partnerships with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech/Architecture/Data & Analytics) to achieve results **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications - Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics - Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities - Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions - Extensive experience with all stages of the API based product development life cycle - Exceptional ability to understand data and leverage analytic insights - Demonstrated ability to execute in a demanding technology space with multiple co-suppliers - Expertise and comfort in building out and owning an API roadmap, backlog, and full end-to-end execution About J.P.
