Job Description
As a Product Director - Growth at Toprankers, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end growth, product strategy, and market leadership of Creative Edge, the design and creative aptitude test-prep vertical. Your role will involve building category-defining offerings, scaling enrollments, improving unit economics, and driving sustainable growth across various product lines.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership**
- Define and own the 3-year product vision and growth roadmap for Creative Edge across all formats.
- Identify new product opportunities, pricing models, bundles, and premiumization levers to expand revenue and LTV.
- Launch new offerings aligned with upcoming exam patterns.
- **Revenue Growth & P&L Accountability**
- Own top-line growth, profitability, and contribution margin for the Creative Edge vertical.
- Set quarterly and annual revenue, enrollment, and retention targets.
- Optimize pricing, discounts, and offer structures to balance growth with margins.
- **User Growth, Conversion & Retention**
- Drive full-funnel growth: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and referrals.
- Partner with marketing to design high-converting funnels and lead magnets.
- Use cohort analysis and experimentation to improve conversion rates and retention.
- **Academics & Content Excellence**
- Ensure high-quality, outcome-driven content and standardize curriculum frameworks.
- Improve mock/test quality, enhance explanations, video analysis, and mentorship layers.
- Introduce AI-enabled personalization and adaptive learning features where relevant.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**
- Lead and align cross-functional teams and translate strategy into clear quarterly OKRs.
- Break silos and create fast feedback loops between students, sales, and product teams.
- **Market Expansion & Brand Leadership**
- Identify and launch new geographies and build Creative Edge into a category-leading brand.
- Represent Creative Edge in Industry forums and proactively counter emerging threats.
- **Systems, Processes & Governance**
- Institutionalize product discovery, roadmap reviews, and build dashboards for real-time tracking.
- Implement QA mechanisms to ensure content and product quality at scale.
This role requires a P&L-minded product leader with strong analytical rigor, creative intuition, deep customer empathy, and execution excellence to drive the growth and success of Creative Edge at Toprankers.
