Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for blending creativity with empathy to design meaningful and delightful digital experiences. Your role will involve working at the intersection of user experience and interface design, translating ideas from concept to execution with a deep understanding of business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities: - Understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements to craft holistic and effective design solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build user-centric and visually impactful products. - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive experiences. - Conduct UX research, including persona mapping, user journey mapping, empathy mapping, and usability testing. - Create and maintain mood boards, design systems, and documentation to enhance design clarity. - Support seniors in design thinking workshops and contribute to pitches with creative benchmarks. - Stay updated with industry trends in UX and UI design and apply them proactively to projects. - Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and seamless design handoffs. - Identify UX problems and provide elegant design solutions through iterative testing and feedback. - Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and advocate for a user-first mindset throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications: - 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI/Product Design. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design projects across web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, Framer, InVision, etc. - Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Experience in UX methodologies including wireframing, prototyping, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and card sorting. - Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain design rationale clearly. - Strong team player with the ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively. Nice to Have: - Experience designing for complex systems or enterprise products. - Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. - Comfort with data-driven design and analytics tools.
