Role Overview:
As a Technical Engineering Lead at REConnect Energy, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of engineering stacks. You will define and maintain software systems architecture for high availability 24/7 systems. Additionally, you will lead a team of engineers and analysts, provide mentorship, and contribute towards their professional growth. You will also contribute towards new product development through engineering solutions and ensure uninterrupted product uptime for critical services to power utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain software systems architecture for high availability 24/7 systems
- Lead a team of engineers and analysts managing engineering development and round the clock service delivery
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
- Contribute towards new product development through engineering solutions
- Manage delivery of critical services to power utilities with expectations of zero downtime
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in python programming along with Frameworks like Django/FastAPI/Flask and Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot, etc.
- Experience in databases including MySQL and NoSQL
- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining high availability systems
- Experience in MVC pattern, Tomcat, Git, and Jira
- Experience working with AWS cloud platform
- 45 years of experience building highly available systems
- 23 years experience leading a team of engineers and analysts
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving
- Experience: 57 years
- Location: Bangalore
Role Overview:
As a Contracts Management professional at REConnect Energy, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), SLAs, amendments, and addendums. You will ensure contracts are executed as per approved commercial and legal terms, track contract start/end dates, renewals, and escalations, and validate pricing, escalation clauses, tenure, and payment terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, Purchase Orders (POs), SLAs, amendments, and addendums
- Ensure contracts are executed as per approved commercial and legal terms
- Track contract start/end dates, renewals, and escalations
- Validate pricing, escalation clauses, tenure, and payment terms
- Coordinate with stakeholders on rate revisions and contract extensions
- Follow up with clients/internal teams for pending or expired POs
- Verify PO details against contracts before acceptance
- Ensure POs are valid, complete, and aligned with contract terms
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Language preferences: Tamil, Kannada, Telugu (optional) apart from English and Hindi
- Strong understanding of contract terms, SLAs, and commercial clauses
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and contract management tools
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
- Follow a structured, process-oriented approach to contract and customer management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
