Principal Wireless and Mobile Broadband Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Wireless Network Engineer within ADMs Global Technology organization, you will lead the design, governance, and transformation of wireless and mobile broadband networking systems worldwide. Your role will involve combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership, executive communication, and financial stewardship to ensure ADMs wireless infrastructureincluding Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, and CBRSdelivers scalability, resiliency, and security while directly supporting enterprise outcomes. By producing reference architectures, driving innovation, leading solution certification, and providing operational leadership, you will enable ADM to achieve high availability, seamless connectivity, and measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: - Drive innovation through advanced RF design, automation, and AI-driven optimization to ensure seamless connectivity for employees, IoT/OT systems, and smart operations worldwide. - Spearhead large-scale rollouts, enforce global standards, and integrate cutting-edge technologies to achieve operational excellence, resilient architectures, and superior user experiences. - Lead the creation and governance of ADMs global network architecture and design standards across wireless, mobile broadband, and security domains. - Evaluate and adopt innovative wireless and broadband technologies, lead pilots and proofs of concept, and present business cases clearly to executive leadership. - Establish rigorous development and certification practices to ensure all wireless solutions are production ready. - Provide technical leadership for key initiatives and PMO-driven projects, ensuring alignment of wireless requirements throughout the lifecycle. - Serve as a trusted SME for critical wireless incidents and escalations, lead executive communications during incidents, and drive post-incident reviews to improve resilience. - Drive accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across wireless and broadband engineering, mentor peers, foster collaboration, and champion process improvements. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years in enterprise wireless and mobile broadband engineering, with experience in LTE, 5G, CBRS, and Wi-Fi deployments. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
