Job Description
As a Principal Solution Architect at Ciklum, you play a crucial role in designing innovative, scalable, and value-driven solutions for prospects and clients. Your expertise across AI-driven technologies, cloud platforms, and modern application architecture will be instrumental in translating client business goals into robust technical architectures. Here are your key responsibilities:
- **Solution Design & Technical Leadership:**
- Understand client business goals and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures
- Design end-to-end solutions incorporating AI/ML, cloud services, and modern full-stack technologies
- Serve as a technical advisor across the sales cyclediscovery, evaluation, proposal, and closing
- **AI & Generative AI Expertise:**
- Advise customers on the application of AI/ML, Generative AI, and AI-driven engineering practices
- Architect solutions using LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLMOps practices
- Showcase capabilities through compelling PoCs, demos, and technical workshops
- **Cloud & Architecture Knowledge:**
- Design secure and scalable cloud-native architectures using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Apply principles of microservices, API-first design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Understand integration of front-end (React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) components in enterprise environments
- **Engagement & Enablement:**
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between client needs and platform capabilities
- Support RFP/RFI responses, solution diagrams, and technical documentation
- Provide technical enablement and thought leadership on architecture and AI topics
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 15 years in Technology with minimum 5+ years in a client-facing solutions role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong working knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML concepts and tools, application architecture, full-stack development, and DevOps tools
- Proven experience in delivering technical demos, PoCs, and architecture proposals to enterprise clients
- Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, and ethical AI implementation
- Ability to create architecture diagrams and documents using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro, or Visio
