Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary code-level reviewer and architect for complex AI/ML systems. - Define and enforce technology roadmaps, best practices, and standards for AI/ML adoption. - Conduct research on context/prompt engineering techniques for reusable engineering frameworks. - Architect and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for model training using cloud services. - Implement MLOps tools for seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments. - Lead efforts to agentize existing systems by incorporating agentic frameworks and integrating them. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services. - Mentor engineers on advanced AI/ML techniques, best practices, and architecture design. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field. - 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics with 5+ years in AI/ML engineering. - Experience designing and implementing scalable AI/ML platforms. - Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and related tasks. - Hands-on experience with GenAI and AgenticAI frameworks, familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols. - Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for AI/ML development. - Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
